Bio:

Rob Guariglia is a music industry veteran, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter with over 20 years of experience in freelance music production and songwriting. He is a signed songwriter with Concord Music and Rebel-One Publishing.

As a producer and songwriter, Rob has collaborated with multi-platinum artists, including The Veronicas and Oh Honey. He co-wrote and produced the Billboard #1 Christian radio hit Beyond This World by Shonlock and has worked extensively with hitmaker Scott Harris. His production credits also include indie favorites Native Sun and rlyblonde. His compositions have been featured in campaigns for Victoria’s Secret, UGG, FOX, ESPN, and Electronic Arts, and he co-scored the theme for Cartoon Network’s The Life and Times of Juniper Lee alongside Stewart Copeland.

A seasoned performer, Rob has played on some of the world’s most iconic stages, from CBGB’s and Madison Square Garden to The Hollywood Bowl and international festivals across Japan and Australia. He has toured with legendary artists such as Buddy Guy, BB King, and Joss Stone and was invited on stage by Derek Trucks. His television appearances include The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Carson Daly, and Martha Stewart, as well as a performance with Natasha Bedingfield at the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting Ceremony.

Rob’s personal project, Modern Whale, is a Williamsburg-based indie-pop trio known for its dynamic, genre-blurring sound—“too pop for indie, too indie for pop.” The band has been a Vevo Featured Artist for each of its releases and has landed on major Spotify playlists such as Indie Pop and Guitar Fresh Finds. He is also the co-founder, producer, co-songwriter, and vocalist of the indie-pop outfit Jungle Animals.
